When I notice myself that I have stress.
The first thing I will do is taking a deep breathe and listen to music.
Then, I will find out something to eat.
After that, I will take a nap or take a rest.

I have a simple way to do this.
I normally find my favorite song or movie and watch it in order to relieve my stress.
This is a powerful strategy dealing with the stress I have discovered.

I will tell my problems​ or causes that make me feel stress to someone​ who​ I​ can trust.
I don't​ like to keep it alone​ because​ it will​ make​ me get more stressed.

I have many ways to relieve my stress. First, I listen to music. Music can heal myself. I just express my feeling with a song. Second, I watch movies. It helps me to forget a problem for a while. I like watching movie and series on Netflix. There are many movies to choose. Last, if music and movies can help me, I take a nap. It really help. I found out that my stress is vanish.

The best way for me to relieve my stress is to listen to chilling music. I think music can help me to relieve my stress well. I can enjoy the rhythm of music and dance along with the music. This is the easy and simple way for me to relieve my stress.

For me, I usually watch some interesting videos on Youtube and watch some movies and series on Netflix. If I cannot relieve my stress in these ways, I will consult my trusted people including my mother, my friends, and my special person. They can help me to relieve my stress for sure.

I often light a candle and take a deep breath.
Using essential oils or burning a scented candle may help reduce my feelings of stress and anxiety.
Some scents are especially soothing. Here are some of the most calming scents for me: Lavender and Rose.

In order to relieve stress, I usually go exercising and listening to music. Every time I get stressful, I go running at a park. While running, I can enjoy fresh air and see the environment which can calm me down.

What normally I do are just find something to watch, go jogging or just sit down and watch the cloud move.
I have done all of these thing and it more or less relieve my stress.
Sometime, taking a deep deep breath can help you too.

I am not a person who can easy get stress but when I have this feeling I will do like this.
I will go outside to do some activities that I like.

I love to find my favorite thing to eat and listen to my favorite songs, sometimes I just take a shower and go to bed without doing anything because I don't want to think about anything I just want to skip that time and wake up to see the new day with the new me then.

To be honest, when I feel stress, I will sleep.
Not to ignore the stress, but to keep me out of stress.
I also listen to the music, eat good food, and watch series rather than sleeping.

Now, I feel stressed so much.

Talk yourself through it. Sometimes calling a friend is not an option. If this is the case, talking calmly to yourself can be the next best thing. Don’t worry about seeming crazy — just tell yourself why you're stressed out, what you have to do to complete the task at hand, and most importantly, that everything will be okay.

For me, shopping is what I usually to relieve stress.
I love the moment when I enjoy shopping.
I don't think of other things because I have to focus on what I will buy.

To relieve my stress, I will start talking to myself first.
I mean I don’t want to talk to anyone in such a rude way because I will swear a lot.
It would nit be good if anyone hear it and it is not anybody’s fault.
After I calm myself down I will sit down and think about the ways to solve all these problems that make me feel stress.

Simply just tune in some music or watching my favorite stream or videos can relieve my stress pretty easily.
I like to overthink stuff so I have to deal with stress a lot lately.

Exercise
Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress.
It might seem contradictory, but putting physical stress on your body through exercise can relieve mental stress. The benefits are strongest when you exercise regularly. People who exercise regularly are less likely to experience anxiety than those who don't exercise.

Taking a vacation, going to the park, and exercising are those three ways on relieving stress that have worked for me. My favorite of all is taking a vacation, because every time I have done that it has given me the greatest relieve of stress. Last year my family and me took a month of vacation. We went back to our country to visit our family and friends. While we were there, we went to the beach, which alone it's a good therapy. Sitting on the sand and viewing the sunset gives me a peaceful time.
