After I woke up, I drink water first.
Then, I pick up my phone to stop the alarm, check the notifications on social medias, it might be class canceled announcement so I have to check it in every morning.
And then I go straight to the bathroom to wash my face, brush my teeth, and take a shower.

Soak up the sun.
You’ve spent the entire night (including perhaps late evening) inside the house, and under artificial lights. Head outdoors in the morning to experience the warmth of the sun on your body. Your eyes will light up, your skin will glow, and you’ll feel like you’re on top of the world.

For sure, everyone has always open my eyes when I wake up. Haha.
I usually hit the alarm off on my phone and go back to sleep again.
I am just kidding. I will check daily news on facebook, twitter.

Finding my cellphone is the first thing that I will do when I wake up.

When I get back to my hometown, and I need to take a self-quarantine for COVID-19 protection. Every morning at my home, I just check the time that I wake up. If is not late, I just continue sleeping immediately.

The first thing I always do after wake up is to turn off the alarm.
Then I will clear my bed and drink water.
