Personally, I always talk to my close friends about my bad mood because I believe that they can improve my mood. They always tell me to stay calm and try to get rid of the bad mood. However, I am not a person who stays in a bad mood for a long time, I always find ways to heal it; for example, watching some comedy movies is one of the ways to make me happy. Apart from watching some comedy movies, I always go shopping at the department store in order to eliminate my bad mood. What about you?

Actually, I am a person who always tries not to be in a bad mood. I really don't want to have any fight or quarrel with other people. That's why I am always in a good mood. I don’t get into bad mood frequently. However, if I am in a bad mood for any reason, I do the following; taking a deep breath, eating sweets, watching fun videos.

When I am angry at someone, I normally stop my anger by finding the reason of the mood. Then, I ask myself what will
happen to me if I still have bad mood. Moreover, I also think reversely that if I were that man or woman who destroys my mood, what will I do?
Finally, I realize the consequence of that anger and stop my bad mood.

I always go to some peaceful places such as my home or Cafe.
When I get feeling bad, I always want to be alone.
I love to let myself think about why I feel bad.
And after I take time with myself, It always gets better.

That is what I normally do as well! I love to talk with my besties and my family.
Sometime I just want someone to listen to my bad situation.
I just need to get my problems off my chest.

Well, when I'm in a bad mood the thing that I like to do to cheer myself up is to go shopping.
I don't know why but spending money helps me feel better. However, when I'm broke or don't have money to go shopping I like to eat something delicious instead.

I will improve it by talking with someone that understand me and will to listen to me. I also will go to the quiet place to stop my bad mood. It can help, let's try it! Find someone or somewhere that can make you feel better.

When I have a bad mood, I will relieve it by ordering some food or drinks. Eating some delicious food is one of my happy habits. I will be happy while I am chewing food in my mouth. I can even forget that bad feeling also.

The ways that I do to improve mood are. Firstly, do something I enjoy. Doing something you enjoy will improve your mood by reducing your stress and distracting you from a bad mood. For example, watching a movie, reading a novel, and shopping. Secondly, eating spicy foods. Eating my favorite menus can make me feel happier. Finally, Listen to music. Sometimes my bad feeling is soothed when I listen to music that matches my emotion.

Talking to others about my feelings helps me to process them, put them into perspective, and obtain advice and support. Don’t be afraid to tell people that I need their help, and don't feel guilty for accepting it.

In order to get rid of a bad mood, I always listen to music or go exercising. It really helps, I would say. Whenever I go running at a park, I always feel fresh and calm. Moreover, that kind of feelings never bothers me anymore.

For me, I usually have some good food when I am in a bad mood.
I just found out that having some good food is the best way to relieve my bad mood.
Whenever I feel bad, I will eat until I get better.

When I am in the bad mood, I accepted that I do something very crazy! To be honest, I am not a good person as you see LOL. I can't control myself when I am angry, I will destroy everything in my sight. That will make me feel good a little bit. However, if I have eaten some sweet desserts, I will be happy immediately!
