I can not deny that sometime I have to work under our pressure.
This is my way to handle with it.
The first thing, I will do is reducing my pressure by relaxing myself,
such as exercising, watching movies, listening to music and calming my mind.
From then, I will return to work consciously.

For me, "just relax" is what I always keep telling myself when I stress out.
If someone put pressure on you all you have to do is do not put pressure on yourself Lol
I really mean it. Just Relax

When I have to work under pressure, I will do it quietly. I will set goals and try to reach them by whatever it takes. LOL I know that I am quite serious when working. However, I know how to entertain myself when I am stressed. I will take a look at some adorable pictures of cats. This way makes me feel much better. Apart from that, I will stop working and start singing or dancing. LOL These ways can be so effective when it comes to relieving stress.

These are my ways to work better under pressure
- Order the list of work by the due date
- Start working by sorting out priority
- Try to finish it before the due date in order to have much time to recheck it

It looks hard for me to work under pressure. I have faced with the situation before.
I don't exactly know how can I deal with the situation. I just remember that I have let something go.
I mean I realise that it is not necessary to hold on the pressure. Then, I feel happier.

I hate to work under pressure because I cannot focus on what I am doing or what I need to finish next.
I only focus on the thinking that I have to do it best or I have to submit it on time.
That is what I hate the most. I believe that people can work well and better in a relaxing situation.

I will complete it before I go to bed because I cannot sleep if assignments are not done.
We cannot avoid pressure while we are doing assignments.
Moreover, I have to find food to eat after done works immediately.

Personally, I always cheer myself such as ”you can do it”. Another way is that if I can finish my tons of works, I will have the opportunity to relax by watching some interesting movies. However, working under pressure is really good because it can boost our energy to finish our tons of works.

I would think in a positive way that I can handle it. Even though there is tough work, I can deal with it. I usually pressure myself to work under the listing plans each day. Somehow, I will give a bonus to myself by eating delicious food, drinking green tea frappe, and shopping. Personally, without pressure, I maybe do not do any work.

When I have to work under pressure, I will try to be conscious as much as I can.
I believe that every problem has a solution.
Just pay attention to the works and communicate with co-workers.
Everything can surely pass!!

I always cheer myself up every time I work under the pressure.
I can definitely say that I cannot avoid working under the pressure. Therefore, I always tell myself that "I can do it".
Or sometimes I will take a deep breath and focus on the work.

Pressure hasn’t always been my friend, to be honest, but I know it’s part of work and life, I actually find that I do my best work when under pressure. I enjoy undertaking challenging assignments and finding creative solutions.

If I need to work with pressure, I will reduce it by following these activities. First, I will cheer myself up in many ways such as saying " You can do it." or " Let's make it completely." Moreover, I will go to the quiet place and take a rest for 10-15 minutes.

Drawing, drawing can cure every bad feeling to be better.
I don’t know it will help you or not but it works for me.
I use this way several times and I can get rid of pressures.
You can try this as well. If it works, show me the result.

The best way for me is to take my breaks.
Taking short breaks helps me release pent-up stress,and actually enables me to be more productive.
Take a walk to the restroom or just get up and move about my office space.

I am not naturally efficient under pressure, but it is something that I have learned with experience. I had quite a few exams in college where pressure got to me and I did not perform to the best of my abilities. After realizing that I needed to improve, I actively looked for stressful situations in my career, with the purpose of getting better in these circumstances. I’ve developed several personal strategies, and I now see pressure as a motivating factor and a challenge, so when these situations arise, I approach them with a positive mindset.

I can say that I always deal with pressure. Dealing with pressure is easy if you know how to control it. Begin with the basic, you need to set up a plan by yourself. You might prepare your secondary plan in order to prevent an unexpected situation in your work. That is all I always do.
