In fact, vegetables are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber and vitamins.
They contain a lot of fibers and low in calories.
I'm the one who love eating vegetables.

Most vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories. None have cholesterol. (Sauces or seasonings may add fat, calories, and/or cholesterol). They are also important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber, folate (folic acid), vitamin A, and vitamin C.

Vegetables are good for our healthy.
It can prevent us from Constipation. It can be help us from many health problems.
It can make our skin look fresh and smooth.
Also they're low calorie. You can eat them as much as you can.

There are many advantages of vegetables. Most importantly, vegetables contain a lot of fibers. It's good foพ the digestive system.
Moreover, they contain a lot of vitamins such as ‎vitamin A, ‎vitamin B, ‎vitamin C, ‎vitamin D. Lest's have vegetables for our healthy life.

In my opinion, all of vegetables is beneficial since it make my health stronger owing to a lot of mineral
and vitamin. I would like to say that I am a vegetable lover because I like to put many vegetables in my meal
in order to get all of adventages from them.
